The magazine El Temps has begun the launch of the collection “Les rutes de Jaume I”, a collection in sixteen instalments created by Ara Idees with the scientific direction of Enric Guinot, professor of Medieval History at the University of Valencia, and Josep Torró Abad, a scientific researcher in the department of Medieval History at the same university. The collection includes seven routes through País Valencià, five through Catalunya and Catalunya Nord, two through Mallorca, one through Aragon and another through Occitània, which will be included weekly with the magazine until the 3rd of March 2008. They are journeys based on medieval history with the figure of the conquistador as the main focus, which come together with tale of the related history and the explanation of the heritage of the towns and cities that are visited.
