Màrius Serra and Pep Nogué are the authors of the leading article of the magazine Descobrir Cuina for the month of January, which rings in the year with an unprecedented proposal: a meal suited to the particularities of each astrological sign and which coins the term for a new discipline: gastrology.
The proposals for 2007 go beyond horoscopes and put special emphasis on the beginning of the calçot season in Valls and in a selection of typical products available in the month of January, such as young olive oil or Puigcerdà pears. All of this without forgetting the truffle, in a special article in the “Del cru al cuit” section. The magazine Cuina also joins in the celebration of the 40th anniversary of Via Veneto, a top restaurant, and discovers the young and personal culinary approach of Xavier Ferraté and Alba Roig, a restaurateur couple in Cambrils.
