The Catalan sommelier Josep Roca and Enrico Bernardo, who holds the world title of Best Sommelier, discuss the present and future of Catalan wine in an interesting article in the number 68 March issue of the magazine Descobrir Cuina.
“There is often a certain degree of imbalance in the marriage between what we eat and what we drink”. This is one of the statements included in this interesting article, resulting from a conversation between the two experts on the 7th of December 2006 in the Mas Parxet winery, in Tiana.
